How do I track my order?

 

You will receive a tracking number when your order has been sent so that you can track its journey from our place to yours.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

We provide a regular delivery service to NZ and Australian customers. If you wish to purchase our clothing from somewhere else in the world, please email us your address details and we will work out the cost of postage for you.

 

 

RETURNS
 
  • Every piece of clothing designed by Deeanne Hobbs is made to be loved.  If for any reason you are not happy with your garment, you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund.  Please package the garment and send it with the returns form to us within 10 days of receiving it.  Check that all items are in their original condition in which they were sent – they have not been washed, worn and their original tags are attached.

  • If you wish to return any goods, the return shipping cost is not covered by Jellicoe Arts Ltd.  This is at your own cost.  In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of sending the new garment to you.

  • No returns on Sale items or jewellery unless faulty.

  • The smallest detail of every garment is lovingly made, so that you can expect a perfect piece.  If something is not in perfect condition, we would like to hear about it immediately.

How do I return an item?

 

  1. Please complete the returns form included in your order so we know exactly what we can help you with

  2. Re-package your garment and include proof of purchase, along with the returns form.

  3. Write your name and postal address on the back of the package.

  1. Please choose a trackable shipping method! Unfortunately, the unexpected can occur and Jellicoe Arts Ltd is unable to accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.

  2. We will process your return as quickly as we can; please do allow up to 10 days for us to process your return.  We will send you an update of how it is coming along.

 

 

Privacy Policy

 

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.jellicoe.co.nz. (the "Site").

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Communicate with you;

Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

 

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We only share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Terms & Conditions

This website is owned and operated by Jellicoe Arts Ltd. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors [description of what is offered on your website]. In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 16 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

 

 

Returns

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 10 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: Sale Items or Jewellery unless faulty.

 

Retention of the right to change offering

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

 

Warranty

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.

 

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Jellicoe Arts Limited.  Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

 

Right to suspend or cancel user account

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Jellicoe Arts Limited harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including legal fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

 

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Jellicoe Arts Ltd be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service. 

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). Preference of law and dispute resolution

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of New Zealand without respect to its conflict of laws & principles.
